for smutgirl

Some unenlightened being left a snot-filled comment at Sommer's blog and Danielle put a link to this here video in his comment. I'd heard the song before but never seen this wonderful, uplifting rendition. So here, for your viewing pleasure...

Sommer's Cumin and going, plus a rant from me

Today the Spicy Summer Sundays blog tour continues at Smut Girl's blog. Sommer Marsden is serving up Busy Porn Day Cumin Chicken - which sounds damn good to me - I will be trying it. Though not today - today I'm making my man jambalaya - which tis also spicy. And hey - it's the first day of Summer!

So, it's Father's Day - and I had a hell of a time finding a card for Mr. Erobintica. I swear, maybe we should all get together and go into the indecent decent card business. First off, the THEY ARE ALL UGLY! Why the hell does a Father's Day card for one's husband have to be brown????? This year most were sappy with looooooooooong disgusting schmaltzy (and I'd give an example but I didn't even bother reading them) OR you had the "funny" cards which all involved cartoon animal couples. And I guess all dads have a thing for the TV remote, play golf, are the grillmaster, etc. ad nauseum. Oh, and I guess all they want to do on Father's Day is nap - in a hammock (granted, my husband wouldn't mind doing that if the damn sun would come out). Anyhow - it took me weeks to find a card and it was a card I'd already seen several times and rejected thinking I'd find something better, but I didn't.

Okay. Rant over. Head over to Sommer's and get a squirt of wine and some chicken and flaming corn. Which rhymes with porn. Hahaha.

Good Stuff

~It's stopped raining!
~I finished a story I want to sub last night.
~There's only three more days of school after today and then I won't have to get up at 6AM (I am not a morning person).
~I've got a writing group meeting tomorrow - been missing folks.
~There's some good stuff out in blogland - poetry at Sommer's and Craig's - plenty of pretty purple/violet/whatever at Alison's (ya must scroll through all the purple posts) - thoughtful posts & discussions at Donna's and Scarlett's - word talk at Janine's - and one hell of a fun quiz at P.S. Haven's (plugging your ass again Haven!).
~I'm putting together an interview that I did with Randy Lagana, whose artwork I've used in various posts. Hope to get it up this weekend.
~It's stopped raining!
~There's even a hint of sun!
~Mr. Erobintica gets home from business travels tomorrow afternoon!
~ I got buttons AND a Trollop temp tattoo in the mail!

That there picture is of one of Mr. Erobintica's famous sparkler bombs.

Such a slut

First I became a button slut, now I'm a blog slut. Yesterday I did Sommer, today Donna. Their blogs that is. Today I have a poem over at Donna George Storey's blog to go with her auditeuristic series (I think I made that word up). And if I can make my brain work, I'll have my own post up later.

And while I'm being a slut - I'm gonna post a link from Kirsten Monroe's blog - the funniest thing I've read in ages - Buzzed by Noah Baumbach at The New Yorker

Inspired

Yesterday was an inspiring day in blogland. If you want to read all about it, go to Sommer's blog - she's done a review. One thing that got us all going was P.S. Haven's incredible erotic art. And one of his pieces, Expectations, got to me enough that I ended up writing a short poem, an ekphrastic/found poem. I just used images and some words/phrases of his text and rearranged until it started touching on what it is about his piece that draws me in to the extent it does.

Anyhow, here's the piece by P.S. Haven - (his etsy page linked here) and then the poem. I used his watermarked image on purpose.

Expectations

hands
grip
arms
sheets
words
what if?
not real
never tell
never see
swear
ready
I'm not afraid

Oh, and later today I'll have a new installment of Beginner's Ball - so check back later!

Thinking Good Thoughts

You know those visualization exercises? Go to your special place. I tend to hate those. Yoga classes always seemed to end with them. I used to think I don't have a special place. Now I do, but the problem is I want to be there for real, not in my mind.

I want to be here, this place in the picture. The nice thing is, I've been there and I will be there.

Anyhow, I've been quiet and in that feeling sorry for myself place. Which is not good. Not much gets done there.

But yesterday and today some things happened that made me feel better. Like, Sommer asks "tell me something good." And P.S. Haven invites us to come up to his gallery and view his art (Haven, it is definitely art!). Marina lets us listen in over at Donna's. And Alison has buttons and won't lie.

And the weather has cooled to more seasonable temps (though I did enjoy the heat for two days). And they found the problem on my car and I've got my fingers crossed that it'll be fixed soon. That bare spot in the garage has really gotten me down.

So, I'm going to try to think positive the rest of the day and get stuff done.

We're still a blowin'

Yay! It's not over yet! Encore! Encore! Already suffering from withdrawal??? The next two days, get yourself over to Smut Girl's place - she has a surprise guest or two* in store for us.  And on Monday, Sommer gives away this prize - and let me tell you, it doesn't suck. ;-)

*Sunday, it's P.S. Haven making a guest appearance at Sommer's blog with a little tidbit for us ... Fuel injection is nice...

In the meantime - I found this while doing "research" on the web and though it didn't fit in with my stop on the magical blow job bus tour, I couldn't pass up posting it. I think I have a new crush. ;-)

Neve Black is good to the last drop

The Blow Hard Tour 2009 is nearing its end. Today, stop by Neve Black's to get a few last licks in. Leave a comment and you'll be in the running for a stunning prize package. And that's not all. Sommer has a surprise or two in store for us, with secret special guests the next two days. It's been so much fun we just can't stop. So, come on down.

Today's the day!

Once upon a time ....

a friend of Sommer Marsden's made a comment ...

Big mistake. You've heard of the butterfly effect? Well, what happened here could be called the blow job effect.

Today, over at Sommer's blog, that small comment has become ...

For the full line-up (a dozen days, a dozen different writers, all blogging from the blow-centric point of view), go here.

A non-post post

I was gonna do up a post here tonight but my brain is just not working. Daylight savings time always messes with me for a day or so. But I'll see what I can do.

The day started out okay, despite the rain and chillier temperatures than yesterday (honestly, it isn't spring yet, so I shouldn't complain).

Alison Tyler used the bed picture I sent to kick off her latest contest. I just thought it would be joining the others at The Boudoir Blog!

I got two packages in the mail. One was a copy of Donna George Storey's book Amorous Woman and the other was a box of swag and other assorted goodies from Sommer Marsden including a copy of Never Have the Same Sex Twice by Alison Tyler.

I'm starting to drown in reading material, but you won't hear me calling for a life preserver - I like being in over my head in this stuff.

It's funny, there's times when I wonder why I want to be part of this whole eroticaland place. There's a lot of people in my life that don't know I'm doing this and it gets a little ... weird. But then I realize how much fun I'm having and how I now feel more ... complete - does that make sense? I don't know, it's Monday night and DST made me start my day in the dark again - I've still not caught up.

Speaking of catching up - I'm going to try and get a couple of flashers put up from recent AT contests, plus a couple of little things that have no other home. And there was something else, but my mind is slowing down

Kilts & castles & truffles & kilts!

Today
we
travel
for
truffles

to the blog of Nikki Magennis. Served by a roaring fire in the hall at Comeagain castle. Oh, yes, and the gentlemen  are wearing kilts!

There's poetry, coffee, Balvenie, cherry truffles ... oh, and yes, men in kilts! Did I mention that?

What a lovely finish for the progressive blog feast - and what a feast it's been. Thank you Donna George Storey and Kirsten Monroe for planning this.

Oh, and since Sommer Marsden had lovely Liam on her list yesterday - looky what I found!
Notice my clever placement of text below Liam's kilt - anyone want to snuffle for truffles?

That's not my photo, damn it! Oh well.

Sweet Fantasies

Salty and sweet, crunchy and smooth.

Life is short, eat dessert first!

Well, over at Sommer Marsden's , she's serving us a trio of desserts. Along with some lovely Sauternes to loosen our tongues and get us to reveal who is on our fantasy fuck list. We all have lists, right?

How am I supposed to concentrate now?!  Good thing today is a writing day.  ;-)

Yes, that picture above is part of my extensive cake porn collection - I like to take pictures of my cakes to gaze at long after the last spot of icing has been licked off fingers.

Heartbroken...

...that I haven't had any time to blog that is. I've been so busy that I've not even gotten the last story up - and that was what? ... more than a week ago. That old Guess Who song is going through my head "ain't got got got no time"  - umm, is my age showing?

So before I move on - speaking of age - to talk about my fun NYC day (with pictures if I can manage that) - let me post my entry for Alison Tyler's "Heartbreaker" contest. Sommer Marsden penned my favorite - "She Deserved It" and reading mine you can figure out why.

Dreamer

"He's fucked up, you don't want that," my friend said.

"Yes I do." I told her.

I want you. Have for a long time. We've never even kissed - and I oh so want to. I've dreamt of your tongue. I want to feel your hands on my skin, your lips on my throat. I want to explore your body, touch you in ways that no other woman has. Just thinking about what might be ... if we ... oh ... hell ... now I'm wet.

Just then Heartbreaker came on the radio. "That damn song is gonna be stuck in my head now." I said.

"Yeah, it does kinda have that sticky quality to it." she replied.

"But I want to release my inner fantasy. " I quipped.

I like sticky. I like messy. I want it. Want our saliva and sweat to mingle. Want to lick that drop of salty nectar from the tip of your excited cock. Want you to taste me before and after we fuck ourselves silly.

"Don't dare tell him," she advised, "it's better he never knows."

"Stop being my conscience. Maybe I'm sick and tired of being miss goodie two shoes. I know all about the arguments against and I still want him. And yeah, I know I'm married."

"Don't go there." she warned.

I smiled. Oh, I've gone there. In my dreams it's quite nice. Both of them. With me. Hands. Fingers. Lips. Cocks. Makes me dizzy just thinking ...
