Eight inches and counting

Snow that is. Today's a snow day. We've got about 8 inches on the ground and it's still coming down cold and heavy. And I have a cold - stuffy, coughing. So, I think I'm gonna stay bundled up with a nice pot of tea and do some reading and writing. Maybe post something later.

    Thanks Marina & Donna. Just had some hot miso soup for lunch. I'm actually feeling better than I did yesterday when it was coming on. Hubby has just gone out to start plowing the snow - it's still in the teens - brrrrrrr.

    Yeah, we got a hammering here too. I drove to work in my trusty old Isuzu, and though the drive is short, it took a while!

    Thanks Craig. Well, I can hear the wind outside - lots of snow blowing around. March definitely has come in like a lion.
